We would like to notify the public of measures being taken in response to the pandemic.

We would like to notify the public that in response to the current events surrounding COVID-19, Festival Hydro Inc. will be taking measures in order to ensure the safety of our staff, the public, and our continued operations. We ask that the public be understanding and assist us by observing the measures outlined below:

Festival Hydro has closed our customer service entrance to support social distancing and to ensure we can continue to provide essential services within our communities.  For assistance, please contact our Customer Service department by calling 519-271-4700 or by emailing customerservice@festivalhydro.com.

We will be putting non-critical projects on hold until the time that it is deemed safe to resume these activities. Only basic services will be provided during this time period; specifically, restoration of power, new residential service connections, cable locates, and receiving material.

Many of our support staff will be working remotely in order to mitigate their exposure and potential for transmission of the COVID-19 virus.

We thank you all for your understanding and will ensure that our responsiveness and service quality are maintained to the fullest extent of our abilities.
