Meter Exchange 

• We’re upgrading to a new metering system as part of our commitment to investing in modern technology and providing reliable, efficient service to our customers in Brussels.
• What to Expect:
  Between August 19 and 29, your current electricity smart meter will be replaced with a new smart meter. To complete the work safely, there will be a brief power interruption—expected to last no more than 5 minutes.
• The work will be completed by Festival Hydro crews or an approved contractor working on our behalf. You may see personnel in your area during this time.
• Need to be home during the work?
  In most cases, no one needs to be home. However, if you require someone to be on-site or have accessibility concerns, please contact us at metering@festivalhydro.com.
