Alert
Unfortunately, we are not able to proceed with your registration if you do not have the power to enter your company into a legally binding agreement with Festival Hydro.
Due to the Canadian Union of Postal Workers (CUPW) announcing that their members will be going on strike with immediate effect, Festival Hydro would like to remind customers of their responsibility to stay informed about their account balances and bill due dates, as bill deliveries may be delayed.
Festival Hydro encourages all customers to sign up for paperless billing by registering for MyFestivalHydro and eBilling.
Customers currently receiving paper bills have several options to help them stay up to date on their accounts:
Register/Activate Your MyFestivalHydro Account
All customers have a MyFestivalHydro account. By activating it, you’ll gain access to your account balance, billing history, and payment records 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
Register for Paperless Billing
When registered for paperless billing, you’ll receive email notifications when new bills are issued. These emails will let you know how much is owed and the payment due date—helping you stay current and avoid missed payments.
Sign Up for Pre-Authorized Payments
Pre-authorized payments ensure your bill is always paid on time. Your monthly payment will be automatically withdrawn from your bank account, eliminating the risk of missed payments or late charges.
It is the customer’s responsibility to stay current with payments, even during a postal strike. Using any or all of the above options can help ensure your bill is paid on time and avoid late fees.

On behalf of the Festival Hydro team, we thank our customers for their cooperation and understanding.
